Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. Our policy for the return and refund is as follows:
We will refund you back your amount, provided the reasons are genuine and proved and subject to below terms & conditions.
Our policy lasts 10 days returns. If 10 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Once your return product received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you return approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within stipulated time, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, there is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
