Refund and Returns Policy

Return and cancellation policy

During any rare instances if you do not like our products kindly follow our policy mentioned below.

  1. Products can be returned within 10 days of receiving only if the packs are sealed, not damaged and without any external liquid spillage in any way.
  2. Our support team must receive and approve your return request received.
  3. In case if you receive your products damaged/opened, we request you to email us a picture of the damaged product, within 24 hours of receiving your order. We suggest to take a video while opening the parcel to avoid disputes.
  4. On Approval of your return, we will offer you an exchange or refund. You shall choose to get a full refund in the form of credit or get a refund on your original credit/debit card used for payment.
  5. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded. Refund will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date we receive the products back in unopened condition.

  7. Orders which are pending for shipping can be cancelled within 2 working days from the date of placing the order. Once the order is cancelled, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
