Which body care device do you need?
| Goal | Device | Price | How often |

| Hard skin and calluses on the heels | PediCare callus remover | ₹995 | Once or twice a week |
What does a simple body care routine look like?
- Before IPL: trim or shave the area. Don't wax or pluck, because IPL needs the root.
- IPL day: one session every 2 weeks for the first 12 weeks, then about once a month.
- After IPL: skip sun, hot showers and scrubs for 24 hours.
- Feet: once or twice a week on dry feet, followed by foot cream.
Is IPL right for your skin?
IPL targets the pigment in dark hair, so it works best on light-to-medium skin. Many people notice finer, slower regrowth by session 4–6. It reduces hair rather than removing it for good, and results vary.
- Best for skin Types I–IV (very fair to wheatish or medium brown) with dark hair.
- Type V (deep brown): patch-test first and stay on the lowest level.
- Not for Type VI (very deep brown to black) skin, or blonde, red, grey or white hair.
- Don't flash over tattoos, moles or tanned skin, or near the eyes.
- Pregnant or on photosensitising medicine? Ask your doctor first.

How do you use the PediCare callus remover?
Use it on clean, completely dry feet. Glide the roller over hard skin for 2–3 seconds per spot and let it do the work; don't press. Rinse, moisturise and brush the roller clean. If you have diabetes or poor circulation in your feet, check with your doctor first, and avoid cuts, warts and infections.
Is at-home IPL worth it compared with waxing?
It depends on how often you wax and whether IPL suits your skin. Try the hair removal cost calculator with your own prices.
