What does an LED face mask do?
An LED mask shines low-level coloured light on the skin while you relax with your eyes closed. The Glow 7-colour LED face mask has seven light modes, so you can pick one for your main concern. Used regularly, it helps improve the look of dullness, uneven tone and breakout-prone skin. Many users notice a difference around weeks 4–6. Results vary.
LED mask or lifting device: which one do you need?
| Glow LED face mask | Sculpt face & neck lifting device | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | ₹9,935 | ₹2,585 |
| Main goal | Clearer, more even-looking skin | A firmer, more lifted-looking jawline and neck |
| How you use it | Wear it, choose a light, close your eyes | Glide it upward over serum or gel |
| How often | 3–4 sessions a week | 3–4 sessions a week, a few minutes each |
Many people use both: light first, then a lifting massage.
How do you use the Sculpt lifting device?
Cleanse, apply a serum or gel, and start on the lowest setting. Glide from the neck up to the jaw, from the jaw out to the ear, and from the cheeks up to the temples. Always move upward and outward. The Sculpt face and neck lifting device has adjustable settings, so you can build up slowly.
Who should avoid these devices?
- LED mask: skip it if you take photosensitising medicine such as isotretinoin, have epilepsy or light sensitivity, or are pregnant, unless your doctor agrees.
- Lifting device: not for anyone with a pacemaker or other implanted device, during pregnancy, or on broken or irritated skin.
- Had fillers, Botox or a recent procedure? Ask your practitioner when to start.
How long before you see a difference?
Both devices reward consistency. Plan on 3–4 sessions a week for at least 4–6 weeks before judging results, and keep going to maintain them. Results vary from person to person.
