Price and availability in India
Braun’s India IPL is imported by Procter & Gamble India (2-year warranty, Braun customer care). When we checked in October 2026, that Amazon.in listing (Pro 5 IPL 5152) and Tira’s Pro 5 page were out of stock. In-stock Braun IPLs on Amazon.in were imports: Pro 5 at ₹59,274–₹73,565 and the Silk-expert Mini at about ₹38,000–₹46,000, with delivery 2–3 weeks out. The Pro 3 listing was unavailable.
Signaxo IPL costs under ₹10,000 and is in stock on signaxo.com, Nykaa, Flipkart and Amazon.in.
Control and features
The Pro 5’s 10 levels and 3 modes (normal, sensitive, extra sensitive) give the finest control in this comparison. Its sensor adjusts the flash to your skin tone, and the PL5347 kit has four heads including face and bikini precision heads. The Pro 3 has 300,000 flashes and 3 levels. Both are corded.
Signaxo devices have multiple intensity levels but don’t yet publish a flash count, energy figure or sensor spec — a real gap if you compare on paper.
Skin tone: Braun’s clearest advantage
Braun UK says the Pro 5 suits most skin types up to type V (dark brown), but not type VI. That is the broadest, clearest guidance here. Signaxo recommends its IPL for types I–IV, with a careful patch test at type V. If you are type V, Braun’s finer low settings and sensor are a genuine advantage. Not sure of your type? Use the IPL skin tone checker.
Session schedule and results
Braun recommends weekly sessions at first and claims visible results in about 4 weeks. Signaxo recommends a session every 2 weeks for 12 weeks, then monthly. With either, results build gradually, and hormonal areas such as the chin take longer. See our 12-week IPL plan.
Warranty and support
Braun’s official India stock carries a 2-year warranty; imported units may not. Signaxo gives a 1-year warranty, 10-day returns on unused devices and WhatsApp support in India.
